Prototyping and production are key steps in creating a product. Prototyping makes early models to test ideas, find problems, and improve design and function cheaply, using ways like sketches or 3D printing. Production begins after prototypes are approved and focuses on making large amounts of the product with good quality, using methods like injection molding. It includes making tools, checking quality, managing supplies, and improving assembly. Prototyping lowers risk and encourages new ideas, while production ensures the product is made efficiently. Both require careful planning to launch a product successfully.
We design, manufacture, and deploy advanced UAVs for defence, commercial, and scientific use. Our cutting-edge planes offer superior performance, extended range, and reliable operation. Focused on innovation and precision, they excel in surveillance, reconnaissance, mapping, and environmental monitoring. Built to high safety and regulatory standards, we provide turnkey solutions for efficient aerial missions.
A forward-thinking UAV industry leader, we specialize in drone technology, aerial data acquisition, and autonomous systems. Our mission is simple: develop innovative UAV solutions that enhance operational efficiency today and expand possibilities for the future. By blending data-driven analysis with cutting-edge design, we create drones and systems that stand the test of time—and the elements.
Our Expertise
Our leadership collective in the UAV industry brings decades of experience across both public and private sectors, guiding multidisciplinary teams through every stage of the project life cycle—from feasibility studies and regulatory permitting to construction oversight and ongoing asset management. Grounded in technical rigor and driven by innovation, we prioritize transparent communication, stringent safety standards, and sustainable operational practices that deliver measurable value to clients and communities alike..
Featured Products
A compact, high-speed, electrically powered fixed-wing interceptor designed to counter Group 1–3 uncrewed aerial threats. The system is optimised for rapid launch, autonomous intercept guidance, and modular payload delivery, delivering a favourable cost-exchange ratio aligned with Government Defence and Security Projects objectives. VENOM is a purpose-designed air-to-air or ground to air interceptor rather than a modified ISR or target drone and is currently at late prototype stage with subsystem testing completed.
•Modular Payload bay
Supporting up to 1.5 kg. kinetic payload e.g. proximity burst charge
•Guidance
VENOM employs a layered guidance architecture comprising:
•Autonomous intercept guidance via external target cueing
•Operator-assisted manual or semi-autonomous terminal intercept modes
•Cruise Speed
VENOM cruise speed is 90–120 km/h, optimised for transit to intercept area prior to terminal engagement.
•Sprint Speed
VENOM maximum sprint speed is 400 km/h, configuration and mission profile dependent, enabling rapid terminal engagement of time-critical aerial threats.
•Operational intercept altitude: Surface to 4,000 m AMSL
•Effective intercept radius: 10–20 km, dependent on engagement geometry and command architecture
•Maximum one-way range: >30 km
•Endurance: 12–20 minutes, intercept-profile dependent
•The system can engage manoeuvring aerial targets.
•ASX-1 is conceived as a scalable modular airframe platform, designed to support multiple propulsion configurations from a common structural core.
•The concept enables mission-driven reconfiguration while maintaining shared components, manufacturing efficiency, and logistics commonality.
Aero Solutions UAV Ltd proposes ASX-1, a modular fixed-wing unmanned aerial platform designed to support Defense requirements for affordable ISR, rapid experimentation, and Counter-UAS capability development. ASX-1 combines a high payload capacity of up to 20 kg with an endurance of up to 3 hours in a 35 kg MTOW platform, enabling rapid integration of representative defence payloads and early operational trials.
